Mountaneering - Ortles (3905m) - Route Hintergrat
Ascent to the Ortler through the famous Hintergrat
The “Hintergrat” is perhaps the most beautiful through the classic ridge routes that go up to the Ortler. We propose a great high altitude crossing, combining it with the descent from the normal route.
It is physically more demanding and technically a little more difficult than the normal route. Once you get to the top, you will have the feeling of having climbed to one of the most important peaks in the Eastern Alps.
