The Outside Planet's booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment or, where applicable, a deposit.

Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to listen to and follow the guide's safety instructions. If the customer's behavior endangers the safety of other participants, the guide, or themselves, they may be excluded from the activity.
The customer agrees to communicate, privately at the time of booking, any physical or other problems that may affect the performance of the activity.
The customer agrees to arrive at the scheduled time and to communicate any delays or changes in advance.
The client agrees to provide truthful information when meeting with the guide regarding itinerary selection.
The client agrees to respect other participants in group activities, as well as other people's materials and belongings.
The client agrees to maintain proper environmental behavior, not leaving waste behind, leaving the area clean, and not causing any damage.
Itinerary Modifications
The mountain guide reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary based on weather, climb, or participant conditions, to ensure maximum safety.
Activity Cancellation
By the client
- Daytime activities: free cancellation up to 7 days before the activity. 7 to 4 days before the activity, a 50% payment is required. Cancellations made after 4 days require full payment.
- 2- and 3-day activities: free cancellation up to 10 days before the activity. 10 to 6 days before the activity, a 50% payment is required. For activities lasting more than 6 days and trips, full payment is required.
- Activities lasting more than 4 days and trips: For this type of activity, insurance may be purchased in addition to the cost proposed by the guide, for both our and the client's protection. Cancellations are free up to 30 days before departure. From 30 to 20 days prior to departure, a 50% cancellation fee is required. For activities lasting more than 20 days, full payment is required.
Cancellations by the client will be refunded the applicable fee. Alternatively, if agreed with the client, a voucher of equal value may be issued for future activities.
By the guide or The Outside Planet office
Cancellations by the mountain guide or the organization will be refunded or the fee will not be paid. Alternatively, if agreed with the client, a voucher of equal value may be issued for future activities.
Change in the number of participants
In the event of a reduction in the number of participants within two weeks of departure, the cost will be recalculated based on the remaining number of participants, who may or may not accept the change. Otherwise, the fee will be refunded.

Photographic Materials
During the activity, the photographic material collected may be used by The Outside Planet for its website or social media. If you do not agree to this, please notify us in advance.

By registering for The Outside Planet activities, the customer accepts the conditions stated above.
